Terms of use

Short rules for using the website beaiready.app. The comic is free and needs no registration; here is what you may do with it and what you can expect from us.

Effective from 6 October 2026.

This is a translation; the Czech version is the binding one: privacy policy and terms of use. The operator is a Czech company, which is why Czech laws are referred to.

Who operates the site

The website beaiready.app is operated by Deer Codes, s.r.o., company id (IČO) 07608594, registered office Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, entered in the commercial register (Krajský soud v Brně, sp. zn. C 109088). Contact: info@deercodes.cz. The site offers a free educational comic about artificial intelligence and, at the same time, invites you to our live training for companies and schools.

How to use the site

Reading is free and needs no registration. You use the site at your own responsibility. We try to keep it running without interruption or errors but cannot guarantee that; we may change, add to or withdraw content at any time.

Do not interfere with the running of the site: do not send spam through the forms, do not try to get around the bot protection, and do not load the site with automated requests.

What the content is and is not

The comic simplifies things so that they can be understood in a few minutes on a phone. The examples of how artificial intelligence “thinks” are curated; the probabilities and outputs shown are illustrative, not measured values of a particular model.

Information about legislation, for example the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, teacher training or funding programmes, is general and valid as of the date we verified it. It is not legal, tax or other professional advice and does not replace consulting a professional. Check the current state before deciding on its basis.

The site also links to other people's pages. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of data; their own terms apply to them.

Training for companies and schools

The pages for companies and for schools describe what our training looks like. They are not an offer within the meaning of the Czech Civil Code: the date, scope, price and conditions are agreed individually, and a contract arises only by mutual confirmation, usually by email. By sending the form you commit to nothing; you only allow us to reply to you.

Liability

We provide the site as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the site being unavailable, from your relying on its content, or from your use of a linked third-party site. This limitation does not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to harm to a person's natural rights.

Law and changes

These terms and the use of the site are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and any disputes are decided by Czech courts. This does not affect the rights of consumers under the mandatory rules of the country where they live. We may change the terms; the version published on the site, with the date at the top, always applies. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
